Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Equipment must be in original condition with all components
• All documentation and manuals must be included
• Used equipment may be subject to a restocking fee

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at aaalliedchyun@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and freight shipping instructions
3. Prepare the equipment for freight pickup per our instructions
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Equipment

If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Heavy Equipment Returns

For large items such as excavators and track loaders, we arrange freight pickup for returns. Contact us for specific return shipping arrangements for heavy equipment.
